FRANCIS MAGALONA died today

I was surprised. I went outside the office just to buy some merrienda. When I came back, my officemates were looking at gmanews.tv. The news: Leukemia-stricken Francis Magalona passes away at 44.

I don’t know what to say at this moment. I just want to inform you guys that this is real. I thought he survived the cancer and already 100% cancer free. I was wrong.

FrancisM was my childhood hero as a musician. He was one of the icons in the music industry that I respected so much. I listened to his music since my elementary days. Cancer took him away just like that. Death is inevitable. I’m speechless.

I really don’t know what to say. Anyway, I just want to share this video. A song called Kaleidoscope World by FrancsiM. It’s one of my favorites. Nostalgic…

parang naiiyak nga ako kahapon. angkorni pero ganun pakiramdam ko. ganun lang talaga buhay. di mo alam kung kelan ka kukunin ni lord.
